i am so glad it's friday and the sun is out! YES!!! the weather is FINALLY beautiful and actually feels like may in chicago! it's about time!! i you live here or in the midwest for that matter --- you know what i mean! ha! ha!
anyway, today rue la la is hosting a waterford sale! i ventured over to check out the deals and i have to tell you i am shocked to see my crystal pattern:

anyway, it's still hard to believe that my 10 year anniversary is next week!
10 years ago, like many of you i couldn't wait to see what was purchased off my registries! yes, i was one of the GUILTY brides-to-be that was constantly checking my registries! anyone else out there guilty? come on, be honest --- i won't tell! ha! ha!
so where did PLD register? let's see, back then i registered at jacobson's, hudson's [macy's], crate & barrel and williams-sonoma.
oh, how i miss having jacobson's in michigan!! come back, we miss you!! it's been years since they left, now you can only find them in florida! sucks!!
oh well, life goes on right! ha! ha!
anyway, back to the waterford event over at rue la la. i am contemplating buying some more of the champagne goblets above. hmmmm, what to do? should i or shouldn't i? decisions ... decisions ... decisions!!!!
not to age myself of anything, but 10 years ago this very same pattern retailed for a mere $40! now they retail around $70! INFLATION my friends, gotta love it...NOT! ha! ha!
