i pointed the one above out to my husband, he just smirked and laughed!

in case you can't read the image below. the picture reads:

you win some, you loose some and some are rained out ... but you always dress up for the game!

---- you know it!!

this is one of my favorites!
here's another good one... shoe shopping is sole therapy. ---- love it!!
and if you ever wondered about the true definition of a s.l.u.t.
oh, and how about these martini glasses.....drink up bitches!
hope you all had a fabulous weekend! we had a great time over in galena, illinois. the dinner cruise along the mississippi was amazing, even the prime rib was delicious! glad to be home, but looking forward to going back up to lake geneva, wisconsin next weekend! followed by a trip to grosse pointe, michigan the weekend after. sheesh, summer is flying by too fast! before i know it august will be here.....yikes!

priceless!!!!

how could you not buy lemonade from this lemonade stand! i especially love the saying, "keep calm and drink some lemonade" ....priceless!
a great take on the popular:

....I LOVE IT!

too bad, i was too late! the lemonade stand was closed by the time i walked by! ha! ha!

so this afternoon i went to swedish days in geneva, illinois. what a fun festival! i had no idea most of the stores participated in the side walk sale....let's just say, sales galore! i picked up a couple of goodies but will share them in another post!

all i can say, i am making this an annual trip! i had so much fun and can see why this festival is such a big deal! after all it is 6 days long!

i haven't decided but i might be heading back tomorrow for a sweedish breakfast hosted by the geneva vikings mimer lodge! it's actually an all-you-can-eat parade day breakfast and the menu consists of sweedish pancakes, fried herring [never had this before!], bacon, eggs, potatoes, grilled onions, sweet limpa rye bread [not sure, but i don't think have had this either?] and beverages....all for only $10/adults and $5/children. what a steal! definitely tempted to head back over tomorrow and try some of their sweedish pancakes....YUMMY!!

oh well, have a great night!

i just don't get it?!?!?!!?

such a double standard....men cheat and it really doesn't seem to be frowned upon! meanwhile women cheat and they are considered...well you know! so what are your thoughts on tiger woods?

turns out after all the "tiger woods" drama from this weekend he came out and well you know the rest of the story. TMZ pegged it and now the cell phone calls have been released. what's next?

the only people i feel sorry for in all of this is his wife and his children! but no, his career won't suffer --- he's tiger woods! just like all the other famous cheaters out there! it's sad, very sad!

just like all the other public figures that have extramarital affairs and once the word is out they ask for their privacy ----------seriously! you can't keep your pants on and you expect this to just go away so what you can do it again and again!.......seriously! sorry...this seems to be such a double standard to me!

does anyone watch the new drama the good wife? it's actually really good! after watching the couple of episodes i wasn't sold, but i continued to watch and now i am hooked!

cheating is not right, why hasn't anyone commented on his wrongdoing? this is probably the reason men will continue to cheat, they know they can get away with it over and over again!

i know friends who have had their husband cheat on them, they stayed together for the children's sake. personally, i don't know what i would do if my husband cheated on me? hopefully, i NEVER have to face that reality --- KNOCK ON WOOD!!

however, i can say i agree with tiger's wife on this one! ha! ha!

oh well, hope you all have a wonderful day!
