steven bonanno, gossip girl, etc..

so excited...i finally picked out the color combo for my next pair of steven bonanno sandals. i ended up ordering the pomme/white color combo, shown below:

can't wait for my sandals to arrive! it will be a little while, but so worth the wait!

i keep telling myself i am living in the wrong part of the county! this will be my 15th pair...i have a combo of both jack rogers and steven bonanno sandals. i just love them! too bad in chicago, i am limited by how often i can wear them! ha! ha!

oh well, the nice thing about these sandals is they last for a very long time!

sort of like my birkenstocks! yes, i was once a huge fan of birkenstocks! i lived in them through most of the 90's. actually, i still have 2 pairs - navy blue and the other in green.

actually, my parents and sister also had birkenstocks as well. occasionally, i will still see my mom and father wearing theirs in the summer.

back then they retailed for $80, now they retail for around $125+ -- another fine example of INFLATION...gotta love it, NOT!!

when i think about birkenstocks i think of summer vacations spent out in stowe, vermont!

finally, let's talk about gossip girl!

OMG...i can't believe what happened in the last 20 minutes of the show! i am still shocked! i don't want to ruin it for those of you who missed the episode but if you have been on twitter i am sure you probably know what happened by the number of tweets!

seriously...chuck bass and jenny, really?!??! oh, chuck bass you have hit a new low! i can't believe what happened to chuck! i am sure he will survive.

oh, and how about georgina’s bump! there's a rumor out there that since mercy has been cancelled we could see more of georgina...YUCK!

i don't know about you but i can't wait for the show to start up again in the fall!
